A note on Conscious Creators: Montserrat Rovira Cisa operates independently as its own business. Where you engage with products, coaching, or communities run by Conscious Creators (a separate community/training programme we're affiliated with), their own privacy policy and terms apply to that specific product or service — we'll make clear at the point of purchase which policy governs which offer.

2.2 Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

2.3 Who we share your data with

We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share it with the following third-party service providers ("processors"):

GoHighLevel (GHL) — CRM, funnel, email, and WhatsApp automation platform.

Stripe — payment processor. Handles payment details directly; we never see or store full card numbers.

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — if you've consented to advertising cookies, used for ad performance tracking and retargeting.

2.4 International data transfers

As our leads come from around the world (EU, UK, Canada, and elsewhere), and some of our providers (GHL, Stripe, Meta) may store or process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States, we rely on legally approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure your data remains protected wherever it's processed.

2.5 How long we keep your data

Marketing contacts: kept for as long as you remain subscribed, and for [12 months] after your last interaction if inactive, after which data is deleted or anonymised.

Customers: financial and transaction records are kept for [confirm exact period with a Spanish accountant/gestor — typically around 4–6 years under Spanish tax and commercial law, but this should be verified rather than assumed].

If you unsubscribe or withdraw consent: we stop marketing immediately and delete marketing data within [30 days], except where legally required to retain records.

Unsubscribing from emails: Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. Opting out of WhatsApp marketing: Reply "STOP" to any WhatsApp message, or email us directly.

Our services are not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under the age of 18.

2.9 Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted payment processing (via Stripe) and access controls limiting who can view your personal information.

3.1 About this site

Montserrat Rovira Cisa provides content, coaching, and access to affiliate business opportunities. By using our site, booking a call, or purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to these Terms.

3.2 Earnings disclaimer

Any income or earnings statements made on this site or in our materials are estimates only. We do not guarantee you will earn any particular level of income. 4. REFUND POLICY

We offer a 14-day refund policy, available upon completion of the Discovery Process — this means watching all training videos, attending your consultation call, and providing feedback during that call.

(Note: this is on firmer legal ground with a simple checkout checkbox confirming the customer understands refunds follow this process rather than the standard cooling-off refund.)
